Shipping & Returns

Lakeside Sport Club ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or ship to addresses outside the U.S. at this time.

Standard shipping is a flat $12.00. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150.00 or more ship free. Optional Shipment Protection and applicable tax do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

We prepare your order after payment and email tracking when it ships. Contact us with your order number for order-specific timing.

You can add Shipment Protection during checkout for a flat $5. For a qualifying package that is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send replacement items at no additional cost after receiving the required proof.

Required proof and claim windows:

• Damage: clear photos of the product, shipping packaging, and label, emailed to [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
• Loss: your order and tracking numbers, emailed after tracking has shown no movement for at least 10 business days beyond the carrier's last estimated delivery date.

Without Shipment Protection, Lakeside Sport Club cannot replace or refund packages lost or damaged in transit. Protection does not cover sizing preference, style preference, or a change of mind.

Lakeside Sport Club does not accept returns. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns for a change of mind, sizing preference, or style preference.

This does not affect qualifying Shipment Protection claims or a verified fulfillment or manufacturing error by Lakeside Sport Club.

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will correct a verified error at no cost to you.

You can request a full cancellation any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the policies above apply. Review the ordering policy for complete terms.
