Pre-Order Policy

Every item currently available on Lakeside Sport Club is sold as a pre-order. When you order, you reserve your size and color from an upcoming Lakeside Sport Club production allocation. Your order is fulfilled after the collection is produced by our manufacturing and fulfillment partners, received by Lakeside, and cleared through final quality review.

Your payment method is charged in full when your pre-order is placed — not when your item ships. A payment confirmation means we’ve received your order; it does not mean your order has shipped.

Your current estimated shipping window is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. These dates are estimates based on the information available from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Production, inbound freight, customs, carrier conditions, weather, and quality-control issues can all affect timing.

An estimated ship date is not a delivery date. Once your order ships, normal carrier transit time applies and is separate from the pre-order window. Tracking is provided after the carrier accepts your package.

If our estimate changes materially, we’ll contact you with a revised window and the reason, and you’ll be able to accept the new timeline or request cancellation for a full refund.

You may request cancellation for a full refund any time before your order ships. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for your bank to post a refund is controlled by the payment provider and your bank, not by Lakeside.

Once an order has shipped, it follows our Shipping & Returns policy rather than cancellation.

Changing a size, color, or address is not guaranteed after the production order is finalized. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll do what we can.

Mixed-item pre-orders normally ship together once the full order has cleared quality review, unless Lakeside chooses otherwise for a specific order.
